HIV/AIDS EducationThe American Red Cross is offering HIV/AIDS education opportunities for both individuals and groups. Programs focus on sharing accurate, non-judgemental facts and prevention skills. Instructor level course available. Students may attend classes at ARC or our authorized instructors can tailor and conduct sessions at your school, workplace or community location. Ask about our FREE program for youth groups! HIV/AIDS Facts and Prevention Education for YouthThe ARC of Central Mass offers FREE HIV/AIDS prevention presentations for youth. The program shares facts about HIV and AIDS accurately, nonjudgmentally, and sensitively. Our certified instructors are prepared to discuss facts related to sensitive issues such as sex and sexuality, drugs and drug use, and to encourage students to apply facts about HIV/AIDS to their own behavior. HIV/AIDS Facts and Prevention Community SessionsLet one of our HIV/AIDS Fundamental Instructors offer a HIV/AIDS Facts and Prevention session tailored to the needs of your community group. Encourages participants to learn the facts about HIV/AIDS and how to apply these facts to their own behavior. Excellent information for anyone looking to broaden their knowledge base of this important and sensitive subject. Length and cost varies (1 hour minimum recommended).
