Worcester Donor Center Moving
New address - 381 Plantation Street
We are pleased to let blood donors in the Worcester area know that, as of Monday, August 27, they will be able to give blood through the Red Cross is a beautiful new building. The Worcester Blood Donor Center will be moving from its current location at 290 Park Avenue to 381 Plantation Street, 5 Biotech on August 24.
The move will give donors and volunteers:
- Increased parking
- A convenient location
- A comfortable place to donate and volunteer
- New donor beds and state-of-the-art equipment
Although the Red Cross has been at its current location since 1984, we've outgrown it over the years.
The new donor center will be open for both whole blood and pheresis donations. The current telephone number - (508) 791-7444 or 1-800-462-4101 - will remain the same.
Check back often to see our progress and be sure to continue visiting 290 Park Avenue this summer. Donations are urgently needed!
